We designed Studio88 with you and your needs in mind! That’s why we know we have the perfect space for you. From private offices to collaborative open spaces, we have a configuration that matches your needs. Members have 24-hour access to conference rooms, design tables, reference libraries, business class copiers, warehouse facilities and so much more. What sets us apart from other workspaces is our highly experienced, professional support staff who can assist with making your projects run effortlessly, leaving you the time to do what you love!

A COMMUNITY FOR DESIGNERS
Studio88 empowers you with the support of a community of your peers, working together to connect in a space where you have access to the most current design libraries and sample collections. Getting plugged into an environment with other creative people gives you an advantage and can help grow your business. Studio88 provides you with the collaborative energy that comes from like-minded people working together in one space. There is always someone to bounce an idea off, share experiences, and plenty of inspiration flowing throughout the office.
WHY CO-WORKING?
Studio88 recognized there wasn’t a designated co-working space for the interior design industry. That’s why we created a space specifically for designers to come together to create, be inspired, connect and call home. We provide all the necessary tools and assistance to make your project come together with ease. Step out of your home office and into an experience and space entirely new – made just for you!
SPACE
Studio88 offers a selection of different spaces available for lease. Whether you are a small team looking for a private office or enjoy an open co-working space, we have something to fit your way of working. Short-term leases are available if you want to stop by for just the day or the week. Our spaces include desks with generous workspace to layout your floor plans and materials. Each space has lockable storage for privacy. Studio88 members have 24/7 access to the space. Underground parking with direct entrance into the building is available and our offices are fully secured with keyless entry and camera surveillance.
