Memberships include monthly credit packages that will be applied toward the cost of amenity services. Each month when you receive your bill for any of these charges the credit will be applied.

 

*There is no cash value to the Credit Package and if your credit is not fully utilized, there is no cash back. Credits do not accumulate or carry over from month to month.

Day passes and weekly passes to Studio88 begin on the day you sign up. All other lease agreements start on either the 1st or the 15th of each month.

Yes, all memberships are available on a month-to-month basis.

Daily/Weekly guests can make a request for a conference room via the calendar on the website. Studio88 members can reserve conference rooms and worktables via the member login on the website. Conference room reservations are first-come, first-served and we recommend making your reservations as early as possible to guarantee availability.

Yes, the conference room is available for booking on the weekend. All guests and times need to be registered in advance.

Weekend concierge services may be booked in advance for an additional fee.

You can request guest access through the Member Area via the log in on Studio88.com. Please do this in advance. If we have space available, we will notify you. We give our members a discounted rate of $35.00 per day for guests, and it can be charged to your monthly $100 credit.

Yes, all guests for all meetings must be registered at the front desk prior to your meeting.

Your move in date depends on availability.
